Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy.  You have 15 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS: 

  • Pre-Orders are final sale.
  • Body Suits, Bralettes, Swimwear, and Accessories are final sale.
  • Gift Card(s) are final sale. 
  • Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked "SALE" or "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are returned worn, defective, and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.  

Shoe Returns: 

  • All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, unworn, without postal labels.
  • If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package / box for shipping to protect the shoe box.  
  • If there are shipping labels or stickers attached to the shoe box we will not accept a return.

To return, 

Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.

Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)

Please use the courier of your choice to return your items. Ida Rae is NOT responsible for return shipping cost. 

Please allow 15 business days for us to receive your return and to process your return for store credit. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception within 5 days and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  No credits will be issued if we are not notified within 5 days of delivery / receipt.


Refunds on Damaged Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
