SHIPPING:

We ship via USPS 

Orders are subject to 1-4 day business day processing time

Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days (refer to USPS turnaround times).

Shipping is free on US orders of $150.00 or more.

Ida Rae is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while in transit.  Nor are we responsible for returned items lost in transit without proof of delivery.  You will need to contact your local post office or mail delivery service to track orders or to file a claim.  

Closed on weekends and some holidays.
